HIPAA & PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION

PharmaForce serves covered entities participating in the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Where PharmaForce acts as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) is governed by applicable Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and our internal HIPAA compliance policies — not this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy governs only information collected through our website and in our capacity as a service provider, not PHI processed on behalf of covered entity customers.

If you have questions about how PHI is handled in connection with your covered entity's 340B program, please contact your PharmaForce account representative or our compliance team at privacy@thepharmaforce.com.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS

PharmaForce uses proprietary AI-powered technology, including Kareem AI, in connection with certain aspects of our 340B program administration services. Kareem AI is used to support data analysis and program performance — it does not independently make decisions that affect patient care or coverage.

PharmaForce does not use PHI to train AI models. AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by qualified human professionals as part of our standard service delivery process.
