Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Director of Strategy. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is eager to help shape the future of PharmaForce.
The Director of Strategy will work closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investor relations, board preparation, and key customer engagements. This individual will also serve as a trusted operational partner who is willing to roll up their sleeves and jump into a wide range of strategic and operational opportunities as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, investments, and partnership opportunities

Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnership relationships that accelerate company growth and market positioning

Support engagement with private equity and venture capital firms, investor diligence, and strategic financial storytelling

Prepare executive materials for Board of Directors meetings, investor updates, and leadership presentations

Manage NDAs, strategic agreements, and coordination with legal and finance stakeholders during partnership and transaction processes

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to inform executive decision-making

Partner with senior leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, expansion strategies, and operational priorities

Engage directly with key customers and strategic accounts to strengthen relationships, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities

Collaborate cross-functionally across product, finance, operations, customer success, and go-to-market teams

Drive special projects and operational initiatives with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset

Bring external market insights and customer learnings back into the organization to help inform product strategy and company direction
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or startup operations

Experience supporting or leading M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, fundraising, or corporate strategy initiatives

Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen

Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and/or boards preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously

Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
