Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Vice President of Sales with deep expertise in the healthcare pharmacy space to drive growth for our cutting-edge 340B software solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds lasting relationships, and consistently exceeds revenue targets.

This sales role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics and health systems while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.

You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and cultivating strategic partnerships with pharmacy leaders and C-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Drive new business development and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy leaders, hospital executives, and decision-makers
  • Present and demonstrate 340B software solutions to prospective clients with clarity and impact
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Stay current on 340B program regulations, pharmacy operations, and competitive landscape

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy services, or 340B software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Strong existing network of pharmacy and C-level contacts within health systems, hospitals, and covered entities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings and industry events (up to 50%)

Preferred

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions in the healthcare or pharmacy vertical
  • Strong understanding of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and its impact on pharmacy operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field

  • Results-Driven Execution: Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas, managing pipelines effectively, and closing high-value deals in competitive markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working across departments—marketing, product, and customer success—to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of messaging and delivery.
  • CRM & Sales Technology Proficiency: Strong command of CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities and adjusting strategies based on market feedback and regulatory changes.
