Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Trainer to join our team at PharmaForce. Do you thrive on helping others succeed through clear, engaging training? We’re looking for a Product Trainer to lead the charge in educating our clients and internal teams on our SaaS platform. You’ll be the go-to expert for product knowledge, delivering live and recorded training sessions, creating impactful training materials, and ensuring everyone—from new clients to seasoned team members—feels confident using our tools.
This role is perfect for someone who loves to teach, is naturally curious, and wants to make a real impact on user adoption and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Host weekly live training sessions for clients (covered entities).
- Deliver customized training for strategic clients, both virtually and in-person.
- Provide situational training for internal teams to support product understanding.
- Develop and maintain training materials such as guides, slide decks, videos, and walkthroughs tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure all training content reflects the latest features and updates.
- Lead post-release training to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
- Continuously improve training delivery and materials based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Required
- A natural educator who enjoys simplifying complex topics.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A clear communicator with a fun, engaging presence—on camera and in writing.
- Someone with a strong curiosity for SaaS products and how they work.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Professional and empathetic, especially in client-facing situations.
- Technically savvy and resourceful—comfortable researching and implementing new tools.
Preferred
- Experience with 340B programs is a big plus.
- Experience creating training materials – like guides, videos, or presentations.
- Familiar with training tools – such as learning platforms (LMS) or video tools like Loom or Camtasia.
- Comfortable with SaaS products – especially in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Strong presentation skills – confident leading live or virtual sessions.
- Basic healthcare knowledge – especially helpful if you’ve worked with 340B or similar programs.
- Good with data – can track training effectiveness and make improvements.
- Organized and reliable – able to manage multiple training projects at once.
- Bonus: Training or teaching certifications – not required, but a nice plus.
Key Competencies
- Has 3+ years of experience in training, education, or client enablement—preferably in a SaaS or healthcare-related environment.
- Is confident leading virtual sessions and adapting content for different audiences.
