Position Overview
The Product Analyst is responsible for understanding customer problems and turning them into prioritized requirements to drive innovative solutions to customer and market challenges. The Product Analyst position will be coordinating the cross-functional activities involved in product development, release, and customer success.
The individual must be detailed oriented, proactive, and solution oriented in coming up with the best and most efficient ways to continually improve. The individual will be able to work with minimal supervision and go above and beyond for our customers
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders to create buy-in, educate, respond to business needs, and prioritize new features and capabilities
- Work with subject matter experts across the organization to understand business challenges, current capabilities and develop a robust product roadmap that anticipates business needs for new capabilities
- Analyze customer data, including usability research findings, customer feedback and analytics data to better understand user needs
- Constantly strive to improve assigned product area and recommend improvements to processes and measures based on experience.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of processes and technology, enabling a cross-functional perspective on product/process opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to review development progress, demos, and ensuring ongoing progress of development work
- Test new features in our testing environments and in our Production environments
- Formulate release notes and send to users
- Train/demo team members on new features/enhancements being released
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to interact with and work through the details with multiple parties to resolve issues
- Strong technical background
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of 340B experience
