Position Overview

The Enterprise Pharmacy Coordinator - Account Management role will have responsibilities for within the Account Management Teams, accounting and wholesale customers.

Under the general direction of the Director of Enterprise Pharmacy and VP of Client Success, delivers on the company’s value proposition to its clients and the team(s). This role cultivates and maintains on-going projects and must be able to multi-task.

This position is a remote role. Applicants should reside within the United States and work with teams and customer across the nation and in every time zone.

Ideal candidates will be detailed oriented, proactive, solution oriented and has critical thinking skills. Further, this candidate will deliver ideas to continually improve processes and/or efficiencies. They will be able to work with minimal supervision and go above and beyond to support account management teams as well as external customers.

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager individual that is passionate for customer impact is to drive to lead and grow. You will have a diverse customer base to help achieve measurable success. Your work will impact our large client base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pharmacy returns and credit memos, timely
  • Adding and updating necessary information in CRM
  • Submit cases and tickets within CRM for credit memos and rebills
  • Submit invoicing necessary information to pharmacy customers
  • Orders and manages switch monitoring sheet review
  • Collaborates with Wholesalers on p.m. orders, returns and credit memos
  • Assists with contract pharmacy order checks
  • Collaborate with assigned Account Management and Pharmacy Account Management teams to ensure proper and timely updates on pharmacy invoices.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.
  • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in by PharmaForce, Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

Qualifications

Education/Learning Experience

  • Desired: 340B ACE
  • Desired: Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Work Experience

  • Required: 2 plus years previous experience as a 340B Pharmacy Account Manager
  • Desired: related experience in 340B, healthcare setting and pharmacy industry.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Required: Ability to problem solving, detail oriented, collaborate with multiple parties to resolve issues, customer service, or client support role; knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Basic computer skills; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; problem solving skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally; experience working within a team.
  • Desired: Previous experience in 340B, healthcare setting and pharmacy industry, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
