What You’ll Be Doing…

You will be responsible for managing PharmaForce’s operations including monitoring processes and dashboards that will help us identify gaps in data in a timely manner. The individual will interact with Covered Entities, Pharmacies, Gateway Providers, and others. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task managing multiple projects at once while serving as the subject matter experts for the technical team. The ideal individual will have experience in dealing with third-party vendors and serve as the point person representing PharmaForce. The individual must be detailed oriented and proactive, always being solution oriented in coming up with the best and most efficient ways to continually improve. The individual will be able to work with minimal supervision and go above and beyond for our entities and in assisting their team members.

  • Monitor all switch data activity including monitoring gaps in the data (e.g. missing files, failed files, etc.)
  • Monitor of all wholesaler files (850s, 855s, 810s, and 832s) and troubleshoot any issues that arise while working with the wholesalers and PharmaForce’s technical team
  • Monitor entity files and assist account managers in troubleshooting issues with files
  • Monitor gateway set-ups and serve as liaison between Gateway providers and PharmaForce’s technical team
  • Lead the support team and serve as the liaison between the technical team and the account management team
  • Put together quarterly Orphan Drug List ensuring it is released and available to load into the application in a timely manner
  • Take customer support calls and help with answering questions, training, troubleshooting, and following through on tickets
  • Analyze capture rates and work with the technical team to resolve data file issues
  • Lead special projects including implementing monitoring dashboards, alert systems, and other KPI (key performance indicator) dashboards
  • Individual may lead some development projects such as assisting technical in implementing additional wholesalers, gateway providers, and other integrations
  • Train new employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need To Have:

  • 2+ years of 340B experience as a 340B Coordinator or 340B Manager or any other 340B program management role
  • Ability to be extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to interact with and work through the details with multiple parties to resolve issues
  • Knowledge of and passionate about the 340B Drug Pricing Program
  • 340B ACE Certification
  • Experience with data visualization tools
