Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 340B Data and Process Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on leveraging data analytics and process documentation to support 340B operations, account management, and technical support teams. The analyst will collaborate closely with operational leadership, account management, and technical support to develop reports/dashboards, address data discrepancies, and implement process improvements, enabling the 340B team to deliver superior client service. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI, Salesforce reporting, and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics and Dashboard Development:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize KPI dashboards in Power BI for internal teams and client reporting.
  • Utilize Salesforce reporting tools to create and maintain insightful customer-facing reports that drive informed decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed data analyses to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvements.

Client and Team Support:

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to provide in-depth business analysis and resolve data-related issues.
  • Deliver clear and actionable insights from data to enhance service quality and meet client-specific needs.
  • Create customer-focused analytics presentations to support account management efforts.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose improvements to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Work with technical teams to develop and implement automated solutions for recurring data management tasks.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for analytics processes, dashboards, and reporting workflows to ensure transparency and compliance
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to data management and reporting.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with account management and technical support teams to ensure data reporting aligns with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with offshore and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate task completion.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, data modeling, and DAX calculations.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, including creating reports, dashboards, and data management workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
  • Experience creating operational process documentation and workflow diagrams.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with 340B program operations is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of data management tools such as SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar databases.
