About the role…

The Referral Capture Coordinator is responsible for providing ongoing program development and coordinating support for the PharmaForce RCS team. The key areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to oversight of RCS Claims analytics, monthly reporting, regular claims review, and supporting all areas of regulatory compliance for the client.

The individual must be detailed oriented, proactive, and solution oriented in coming up with the best and most efficient ways to continually improve. The individual will be able to work with minimal supervision and go above and beyond for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Be involved in all RCS claims review for the clients participating in the program.
  • Ensure adherence to 340B program regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor state Medicaid claims to ensure compliance to prevent potential duplicate discount rebates.
  • Identify eligible claims for RCS review.
  • Contribute to the maintenance, privacy and security of all client data.
  • Gather and organize data for ad hoc requests.
  • Provide support for external stakeholder meetings and activities.
  • Evaluate eligibility by reviewing patient medical records, insurance plans, and hospital status.
  • Collaborate with the account management team, product support team, and other product service teams to develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance metrics.
  • Contribute to appropriate performance indicators to assess areas for improvement.
  • Support account managers in RCS related client requests.
  • Educate others involved in the RCS program to ensure proper operation and compliance.
  • Develop and foster working relationships with internal working counterparts to facilitate productive exchanges of information to improve program efficiency and growth.

What You’ll Need To Have…

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to interact with and work through the details with multiple parties to resolve issues
  • 1+ years of 340B experience (preferred)
  • Experience with using electronic medical records (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
