About the role…

The individual will be responsible for owning and driving the vision of our Referral Capture Services team. The individual will work closely with our customers to help manage their Referral Captures and day to day program activities. The individual will understand the 340B patient definition guidelines to guide and educate customers on industry best practices for handling referrals. This individual will be responsible for the overall success of the of the Referral Capture Services program; inclusive of selling, contracting, implementing and oversight of day-to-day activities of the program.

The individual must be detailed oriented, proactive, and solution oriented in coming up with the best and most efficient ways to continually improve. The individual will be able to work with minimal supervision and go above and beyond for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the PharmaForce Referral Capture Service Program
  • Establish/Implement processes and workflows to meet the needs of the program, such as referral file interfaces, phone directory for specialists, customer questionnaires, etc.
  • Interact with potential clients to explain the program and help the customer gain an understanding of how we can bring value to their 340B Program
  • Assist customers with reviewing their Policies and Procedures as it relates to their Referral Capture Service activities and assist with revisions as necessary
  • Implement new Referral Capture Service Program customers, including P&P review, obtaining EMR access, and setting up files
  • Provide regular status reports to customers
  • Establish workflows and prescription auditing activities with each customer
  • Develop financial reports and assist with program invoicing
  • Serve as a liaison with other referral partners
  • Develop a training program for new team members as the team grows

What You’ll Need To Have…

  • 1+ years of 340B experience
  • Experience in handling referrals
  • Experience with using electronic medical records
  • Experience developing and leading a team
