About the role…

The Implementation Specialist will assist and support the overall implementation process to ensure a timely and successful project completion. The role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.

The individual must be detailed oriented, proactive, and solution oriented in coming up with the best and most efficient ways to continually improve. The individual will be able to work with minimal supervision and go above and beyond for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Complete/Submit/Track third party vendor documentation with external customers and the specific vendor.
  • Conduct weekly calls with external vendors to identify status updates and timelines that can ultimately be shared with our customers.
  • Be the subject matter expert for vendor documentation requirements.
  • Develop reporting ability for tracking updates to be shared with internal stakeholders.
  • Complete/Submit/Track internal template and configuration documents.
  • Emphasis on quality to ensure successful task completion.
  • Communicate client needs accurately and effectively to internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain an elevated level of communication with all levels of internal customers to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution.

What You’ll Need To Have…

  • 340B experience preferred.
  • Prior TPA implementation experience is preferred.
  • Experience with wholesalers for new account and EDI is preferred.
  • Ability to interact and work through details with multiple parties to resolve issues.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, including strong multi-tasking capability, track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to professionally communicate in both written and verbal forms with all levels of internal and external customer base.
  • Passion for working with customers, proactive problem-solving, and embodying a culture to exceed expectations.
  • Experience working in a goal oriented, delivery focused, and dynamic environment.
